Have you lost a loved one or relocated them to an assisted living residence or nursing home and now it is time to take care of their personal items?

Dealing with the items left behind may be stressful for many reasons:

Distance: You may live in another area or out of state.

Time: We all have very busy lives, such as taking care of family members, not being able to take time off from work, or have other outside time commitments.

Emotion: This can be an extremely emotional time. It can be difficult looking at all of the items of your loved one and reminiscing about the past.

Physical: Every inch of the home must be looked at and all items must be looked in. Many people hide important documents and money inside shoes, clothes, books, jars and many other areas. In order to look at everything, you may need to climb a ladder to reach items or move furniture.

Let us help you with your home estate clearing needs.

1) We look at every item within the home, looking for important documents, money, etc.

2) We ask the family for a list of items they want us to find and put aside for them, or we can put aside items we feel may be of importance to the family.

3) We make the appropriate decisions of what will sell, what is best to donate, or what should be discarded.

4) We coordinate the services of disposal, donations and auctions, and can coordinate other services that may be needed, such as a Realtor and cleaning company.

5) We can provide an inventory of the items in the household if requested by family or needed for legal purposes.
